Dementia and Alzheimer’s are common diseases as people age. This is a time that cognitive abilities tend to decrease. One way this shows is when they get Dementia. What people don’t know is that there are preventative health measures they can take. Understanding that the brain is not a standalone unit in the body and keeping other body organs healthy is vital to the brain.
